2) Day Order Vs Good-til-Cancelled (GTC) Order
Day orders are good for the current trading session only and are automatically cancelled if not filled by the end of the trading session.
Good-til-cancelled (GTC) orders remain in effect for 3-months or until cancelled by the customer or executed by the broker.
